Each year, the Kinder Morgan Foundation donates more than $1.5 million to academic and arts programs to benefit youth in grades K-12. Additionally, we have regional Community Outreach Committees that connect our employees with local organizations to participate in meaningful volunteer activities.

BOLT Internship Program
If you are a student currently pursuing a degree in higher education and are interested in the energy industry, Kinder Morgan’s BOLT Internship Program might be for you!

We have summer internship positions available across the country in a variety of disciplines ranging from technical to business – all with a focus on Building Opportunities and Learning Together.

Our BOLT Interns are assigned meaningful projects and spend 12 weeks gaining hands-on experience while enhancing their professional and interpersonal skills.  

At Kinder Morgan, the contributions of our BOLT Interns help support our vision of delivering energy to improve lives and create a better world.
